The sprinkler system includes sprinklers and water pipes. The sprinkler system can be installed on the existing crushing and screening equipment. If the equipment uses sufficient water, the system can operate within a few hours.

Usually, spray dust suppression devices are installed on the crusher inlet or vibrating screen to suppress dust and clean materials.

The dry mist dust suppression system can produce a large number of water mist particles with a diameter of 1-10 microns, which can effectively adsorb the dust suspended in the air, especially the inhalable dust particles with a diameter of less than 10 microns. The water consumption is small and will not affect the subsequent process of the material.

Dry mist suppression is usually used in stockpiles and dust emission sources such as crushing, screening and conveying equipment.

Use advanced high-pressure pumps and ultra-fine atomizing nozzles to atomize the water into fine mist particles of 0~30um. Under the action of the fan, the fog is directed to the designated position, and the spray is covered at and above or around the dust. The dust particles are fully fused with the water mist, gradually condense into particle clusters, and quickly settle to the ground under the action of gravity.

Fog cannons are usually installed next to stockpiles and stackers.

Foam dust suppression system

Sprinkle foam at the dust emission source, and the larger surface area formed by the foam itself can adhere, filter, and wet the dust, so that the dust-containing airflow can be purified.

It can cover the surface of dust, effectively avoiding secondary dust pollution caused by equipment operation, and also better solve the problem of dust recovery.

When the dust-containing gas enters the filter medium, the dust is intercepted by the filter medium and collected and stored in a centralized manner. The most common filter dust collection equipment in quarries is a baghouse dust collector.

It has high dust removal efficiency, especially for filtering fine dust. Strong adaptability to the nature and temperature of smoke and dust. The processing air volume and equipment of the bag filter can be customized according to the scale of the quarry.

Baghouse dust collection (dry dust collection) is the most widely used dust removal system in areas with less water sources.

Disadvantages
The processing temperature is limited by the material of the filter bag, which is not resistant to high temperatures; weak corrosion resistance, unable to handle acid and alkaline dust-containing gases, not applicable to gases containing strong adhesion or strong hygroscopic dust, structure when the processing gas volume is large Consumables take up a large area.
