Material Conveying System

The project is a conveying system for a 350 t/h ore powder processing plant in Jamaica. From ore mining-coarse crushing-secondary crushing-intermediate transfer storage-transportation-grinding-finished product powder tank storage, a complete production system is formed. Its transportation covers crushing, screening, intermediate transfer storage materials, grinding and finished products’ storage.

The project is the largest local mineral powder processing plant in Jamaica. It provides a large amount of material requirements for local infrastructure construction. It uses 9 truss belt conveyors with dust-proof, rain-proof and safety protection functions.

All belt bulk material conveying equipment adopts the classic motor and reducer drive mode. Use solid truss main girder structure, high-quality wear-resistant rubber belts, comprehensive maintenance and repair of bilateral grid plate walkway board, deviation pull rope switch protection, dust cover, iron separator, metal detector and other components.

The entire conveying system is equipped with reliable and advanced safety protection devices and necessary protection facilities to ensure the safe operation of equipment and production lines.

The conveying system processes the material after all stages of crushing, screening the transfer material, and the finished material after grinding enters the material tank. Therefore, each link of the system is especially the vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, conveyor head funnel, slide pipe, and wear-resistant lining. The plates must not only meet the requirements for smooth passage of materials during the operation of maximum conveying efficiency, but also meet the requirements of materials to produce impact and wear on structural parts, to ensure normal blanking and smooth conveying, safe and convenient, and stable efficiency.

Low energy consumption

The belt bulk material conveying equipment is set within a certain line range and conveys materials. Not only the length of the single machine is increasing day by day, but also multiple single machines can be connected in series to form a longer-distance conveying, so as to better serve and solve the problem of long-distance conveying.

The reliability of the belt conveying equipment for bulk materials has been confirmed by the experience in all industrial fields. Its operation is extremely reliable. It is used in many important production units that require continuous operation, such as coal transportation in power plants, steel plants and cement plants. The transportation of bulk materials and the loading and unloading of bulk materials by ships in ports have been widely used.

High security

Belt bulk material conveying equipment has high safety, requires few production personnel, and has fewer accidents compared with other modes of transportation. There will be no accidents caused by large pieces of material falling down and hurting people or due to the failure of large and heavy vehicles.

Low cost

The labor hours and energy consumption required by the belt bulk material conveying system to transport each ton of bulk materials are usually the lowest among all bulk materials’ transportation tools. Moreover, it occupies less time for maintenance personnel, repair and replacement of smaller parts can be completed quickly on site, and maintenance costs are low.
