150 t/p Sand washing And Screening Plant

Flowchart description

This 150 t/h complete rock processing plant consists of hopper (A-1), vibrating feeder (A-2), primary jaw crusher (A-3), secondary cone crusher (A-4), vibrating screen (A-5), Vertical shaft impact crusher (A-6), secondary vibrating screen (A-7) and two sets of sand washing machine (A-8). All equipment are connected by belt conveyors (B-1 to B-8).


The raw material is dumped into the Hopper (A-1), and the vibrating feeder (A-2) below will feed the stone into the jaw crusher (A-3). Jaw crusher PE600X900, as the primary crusher, crushes the blasted stone into small pieces (about 0-80 mm).


The output materials from the jaw crusher are fed into the vibrating screen (A-5). The vibrating screen 2YK2160 will classify the material into three parts 0-40 mm; 40-70 mm and more than 70 mm.

  • You will get the satisfied product 40-70 mm through B-6 conveyor belt.
  • The material over 70 mm will be transferred to secondary cone crusher for further crushing. Then the final product out of the cone crusher will be transferred to vibrating screen 2YK1860 again for classification.
  • The products 0-40 mm will be carried to BE8522-DR Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (A-6) for reshaping.

According to the high electric power and high-speed rotor of VSI crusher, the equipment features high reduction radio, excellent product shape. Through one small feeder and belt conveyor, the material can be fed into VSI at a uniform rate.


Product from the Vertical shaft impact crusher (B-8522-DR) is transferred to secondary vibrating screen (A-7) through belt conveyor-5. After screening, you will get several kinds of final products 0-5 mm or 0-3 mm; 5-10 mm; 10-20 mm and 20-40 mm.


The smallest product 0-5 mm or 0-3 mm will be carried into two set of sand washing machine (A-8). XSD2610 sand washing machine is mainly used to wash small particles below 10 mm.


The design of a closed-circuit system can ensure the precise output sizes, as in this flow chart, the end aggregates sizing 0-5 or 0-3 mm; 5-10 mm,10-20 mm; 20-40 mm and 40-70 mm.

2. Water pipe installed on the vibrating screen to realize the screening process and washing process simultaneously to product 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, 20-40 mm and 40-70 mm.

3. Two sets of XSD2610 sand washing machine working jointly for products 0-5 mm or 0-3 mm.

Screen decks

4. Simple replacement of screen decks to get the required sizes of either 0-3 mm or 0-5 mm.
