Introduction of the flow chart
Primary crushing: In this design, we adopt Jaw crusher PE750*1060 as primary crusher, with maximum feeding size 630 mm.
Secondary crushing: We adopt cone crusher HPT300 as secondary crusher.
From this design, you can get four kinds of aggregates: 0-4.75 mm, 4.75-10 mm, 10-20 mm, 20 mm-31.5 mm.
Firstly, the raw material from the dump truck will be fed to hopper LC44 and slide down to vibrating feeder F5X1045, and then the stone will be separate two parts by the feeder, the smaller size will be vibrated firstly and transferred to another conveyor, the bigger size will be fed to primary jaw crusherPE7501060.
Secondly, the two parts of stone will be conveyed to products pile, the another feeder will transfer the products to cone crusher HPT300, the iron-separator will remove the mix stone with iron.
Finally, after the cone crusher HPT300, the output size will be separated by vibrating screenS5X2160-2 firstly, and the size＞31.5 mm will back to cone crusher again, the qualified aggregates size＜31.5 mm but＞20 mm will go to the pile, the size ＜20 mm will go to another screen S5X1845-2, and then we get 4 final product piles through belt conveyor.

Iron-remover could separate the steel mixing with the stones, thus could protect the cone crusher, highly increase the lifespan of the key spare parts and the main body.
Stock stones, making the whole plant into two independent parts, thus when each part need maintenance, the other part could work without influence, decreasing the operation cost,e.g. When cone crusher need maintenance, the jaw crusher could work as normal, when jaw crusher need maintenance, the cone crusher could work with the stones in the stockpile directly.
Guarantee the material be fed into the cone crusher evenly, it helps to increase the capacity and the lifespan of the spare parts, normally the output of the jaw crusher are not uniformly, and will have a bad influence of the cone crusher.
Make the machines perform with the biggest efficiency, because not all the machines’ capacity could be matched perfectly, adding transit stockpile and vibrating feeder could control the feeding volume, releasing the best performance of the machines.
Belt conveyor for scrap
Eliminating the scraps like soils and not good quality stones in the mountain surface which is not qualified to be aggregates, thus guarantee the final products quality.
Full steel structure
Main machines with full steel structure make it easy to install the machines, also save time and cost compared with concrete foundation, when client change site in the future, it is easy to move with the main machines without wasting.
Why we choose the PE750*1060 to be the firstly crusher?
There are two reasons:
One, it is decided by the size of the raw materials, for the Jaw crusherPE600*900, the feeding size could be reached 500 mm, for the Impact crusher PF1214III, the maximum feeding size is about 300 mm.
Two, it is decided by the capacity, for the Jaw crusher PE600*900, the capacity could be reached 120 tons per hour, if only one impact crusherIII, the capacity is about 90 tons per hour.
How to choose the conveyor?
For the conveyor to transport the final products, the longer is better, which is conducive to the formation of the finished pile and avoids the trouble of transporting back and forth.
